Hi Johnathan,

The app_data variable is just going to be one string of content -- it's not going to let you break it up into multiple variables by default unless you URL-encode it to be JSON then decode it afterwards. In your case it might be as simple as remembering to JSON decode before trying to access the object. Or if you are just looking to pass one simple string into the page you could do http://www.facebook.com/RetireEasy/?sk=app_227252030618640&app_data=TESTING and that'd be that.

Hi Vojtas,

What's your problem exactly? Do you need a new Facebook class? I can send you the updated files if you'd like.

This code definitely helped get the app_data variables to show up on the landing page. However, once I get it, I'm not sure how I get it out of the format it is showing.

I'm passing this link: http://www.facebook.com/RetireEasy/?sk=app_227252030618640&app_data={%22mktsid%22:%22TESTING%22}

And I'm seeing this result: Your App Data: {"mktsid":"TESTING"}

How do I just grab the value of "mktsid"? Thanks!
